ALL OF US is het tragikomische verhaal van huisvrouw Cathy, die nog maar enkele maanden te leven heeft. Ze komt terecht in een zelfhulpgroep van terminale patiënten die geleid wordt door therapeute Els, die zelf in volle midlifecrisis zit. Cathy beslist om haar familie niet in te lichten over haar toestand, maar heeft een plan. Ze wil dat haar jongere zus, na haar dood, haar rol in haar gezin overneemt, als vrouw én als moeder. Maar haar zus ziet dat écht niet zitten.
