Carnival Eats targets the culinary creations linked to American fairgrounds. Calorie-loaded offerings include rattlesnake, frog legs, or okra -- all deep-fried -- and a decadent sundae of eight doughnuts topped with whipped cream, chocolate or caramel, and don't forget the cherry!
